Among their central projects are: 

A network of welfare clubhouses and programs for academic promotion among children in distress and high-risk youth; a network of learning centers for academic and social promotion, within the local schools; a center for deepening Jewish identity; Charity Center; a Yeshiva and Bet Midrash; the "Shiluvim" program;

Vision

To restore Akko's positive image, as the capital of the Western Galilee. The leading target is that soon, the population in Akko will include a variety of qualitative people, with lively social life.

The GARIN'S TARGETS :

• Integrating in the educational system of Akko , influencing and developing  projects out of communal involvement. 
• Producing cultural and social projects for the residents of Akko.
• Initiating educational projects that will minimize the gaps between whoever is in the educational system in the city.
• Establishing a lively community, based upon the young generation, that hopefully, along with the older residents, will succeed in bringing new populations.
• Implementing activities to improve the wrong, current, and perception toward Akko
